Got a flat tire Friday morning(coldest day of the year) called Spenler Tire East in the morning to see if I could get 2 new front tires put on. They had the tires in stock and got me in that day to put them on. Great customer service, would recommend!

Sad to say I would not recommend them because unfortunately, after rebuilding my front end completely and then having them align it from the moment I got it back. It was crook it off and did not drive straight constantly. Ask them what we could do to make it better. They told me I need to drive it. It will work its way out. Unfortunately, after destroying 2 front tires. And? Making me feel uncomfortable, driving it all they could do is say it needs another alignment and then I would have to pay for that out-of-pocket even though it was their responsibility to do it, right the first time.And they know they didn't do it , right So I'm out a 100 bucks with them out.Are another hundred bucks with another company and i'm out to tires

Needed a place out of the wind to fix my door handle on my truck. I thought the carwash bay. When I got there there was a cone blocking the entrance. I assumed that if I wasn't spraying water or making a mess it would take me 20 minutes tops. Around the five minute mark a voice comes from the camera saying " put the cone back and leave!" I tried to explain what I was doing and even offered to pay for my time there. " the voice again said to leave and then said I can't understand why you would do that. When it's winter in iowa and you have a broken door handle you have to leave the window down or open it from the passenger side. Since I wasn't disrespectful to the voice, the property, wasn't making nor leaving a mess and would only be there for maybe 20 minutes and even offered to pay for my time there I figured it wouldn't be an issue. Well apparently it is a huge deal because it wasn't allowed and the guy behind the camera was completely unsympathetic with what was going on and all of this took place on Xmas eve morning.

I know very little about cars, so the fastest way to make me feel uncomfortable is to talk to me about car things. I've been to Spenler Tire twice and have been treated with nothing but respect, kindness, and understanding that motor vehicles are not my forte. I stopped by today to ask about a "strange noise" that my car was making, and they were able to very quickly tell me what was wrong (a rock was stuck...I still can't believe it made that much noise) and fix the problem. This was all complete in the middle of the day without an appointment made, and it was done before my ride arrived to pick me up. I highly recommend them and their amazing customer service. I know I will return as a customer.

Stopped in to Spendler Tire on the east side of town the other day. Right away the guy in the office was great and found what I the size tires i needed for my Ford Edge. We ordered them and had them in the next morning and installed!! I showed up for my 8:30 appointment and they immediately got my vehicle in the shop and had it done in about 20 minutes. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience, I will be continuing to do business with these great guys.
